COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS & SHIPPING INFO

During these unprecedented times, La Casita Boutique wants to alleviate any concerns that you may have in purchasing. Here at La Casita Boutique, we take great pride and care in being hyper vigilant with cleanliness when processing and shipping orders, especially during the current Covid19 outbreak. 

Due to the high risk Covid-19 poses to everyone around the world and to avoid the spread, we will not be accepting returns at this time for the safety of all our families. If you have any concerns about a product upon receiving it, please email us at LaCasitaBoutique340@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to discuss options. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

To personally minimize risk, we will be shipping once a week on Fridays. Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm won't be mailed until the following Friday. Please expect a slight delay in shipping. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!

Refund policy:
Due to the high risk Covid-19 poses to everyone around the world and to avoid the spread of the disease, we will not be accepting returns at this time for the safety of all our families.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no more than 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
